• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Art/Design/Creative
• Multimedia, Advertising/Media (Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design)
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Strong in Creative and event Concept Able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines under minimum supervision
• Must be creative and initiative with understanding of branding strategies.
• Experience in advertising and related industry is a plus. An excellent oral and written communication skill in English is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Freehand, Flash,
• Dreamweaver, CMS, etc.) Mandatory Creative Fields; Print Design, illustration,
• Packaging, Branding, Typography and layout. Experience in print media design/layout, website design/layout, artwork, company
• logos, etc is an advantage
• Creative thinker with a passion in art and designs. Knowledge in video editing, web design and photography is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills is essential.
• Extensive knowledge in E-marketing and the usage of Social Media is preferred. Have knowledge in brand communication, brand innovation, consumer insight & market research.
• Good attitude, self-motivated, smart worker, and detail oriented.

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas
• Assemble publication layout to an established template, with your own creative input Create in-house documentation and promotional materials
• Generating names for new and existing products and services, coming up with ideas for new packaging designs, including shape, size, colors, fonts and imagery
• Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with creative designers
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits
• Looking at the pricing of products and analyzing the potential profitability Able to layout design concept both in printed or website
• Translating a principle's marketing or informational content into a website layout Creating or editing images and graphics for website or printed use Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
• Processing and gathering of all the online sales data
• Updating and enhancing the features of the company products Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
• Create key visual / design for social media content.
• Create key visual for Digital Marketing.
